Booking / Cancellation Policy

If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you do not cancel or show up for an appointment, it is a cost to us. However we understand life happens.

 If you cannot provide us with a 24-hour notice, we will impose the following fees:

• “No Show” for session:
  You will lose one session from your package.
• Same day cancellation:
  *$75.00 charge before your next scheduled treatment
•  After your appointment is booked ,you are only able to reschedule twice.
•  Please be advised you are allowed to reschedule with proper notice 24-48 notice to refrain from losing a session from your package 

•  LATE beyond 15 mins MUST be rescheduled
•  No kids or extra people unless they are being serviced
•  Please do not book ANY session without having a consultation first 
• All deposits MUST be paid in FULL prior to your confirmed appointment

•  Payments are non-refundable and  purchased sessions cannot be transferred to another person
